This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and the only personal data received is what you choose to enter into the contact form.
Who is responsible
Data Controller: Sendy-Wave, operated by Russell Boyd in California, United States. Contact: support@sendy-wave.bond. All messages submitted are used solely to reply to your inquiry and are deleted upon request.
What is collected
If you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address, organisation (if you provide one), topic, and message that you enter. Nothing else is collected from the form.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical request data such as IP address, user agent and timestamp in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
What is not collected
- No cookies of any kind, including analytics or preference cookies.
- No analytics, tracking pixels, session recording or fingerprinting.
- No third-party fonts, scripts, embeds or advertising.
- No account system, so no credentials and no behavioural history.
- Nothing from the interactive model, which runs entirely in your browser.
Why, and on what basis
Contact form data is used for one purpose: to read and reply to your message. The lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to individuals who deliberately contact us.
Who it is shared with
Form submissions are delivered by a transactional email provider and land in an inbox routed through Cloudflare Email Routing. Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing.
How long it is kept
Contact messages are retained for up to 24 months to maintain conversation history, then deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
You may request to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your submitted communication data at any time. Email support@sendy-wave.bond to execute these requests.
